I originally studied advertising design, but after school I couldn’t find a job.

For a while I worked at a zoo with poisonous snakes and crocodiles, and paradoxically, at that time they started showing a program on TV with cakes from America. Baking captured my heart at that moment and I suspected that this field would be the right thing for me.

I was never tempted to bake just ordinary wreaths and pinwheels, I was tempted by the atypical and unconventional cakes that I saw on TV.

I went back to school and trained as a pastry chef. At the same time, I gained practice and experience in pastry shops and hotels.

But I gained the most feedback and new experiences from Czech and foreign competitions.
